Western Equipment & Truck
Platteville, CO

The Western Equipment & Truck building in Platteville, CO is a multi-functional building housing offices, 18-wheel truck maintenance shops, a truck wash and support rooms for fire sprinklers and MEP. The maintenance shop and truck wash is a 100′ x 100′ building that is 20′ tall. The size of this building allows easy access for trucks of all sizes to enter the workshop and wash area.

Attached to the truck maintenance facility is a 35′ x 70′ building that houses the offices, conference rooms, lunch rooms and restrooms for the company.

The objective for this job was to create a facility that gave the employees a work environment that was not only comfortable, but made a lot of sense for the everyday functionality of the business. The attached buildings give the company everything they need in a very spacious and easy to use facility.

The job is in progress currently and scheduled for completion in June 2017.
